In short: Navi does not track anything about you except for the minimum required to make the app work. Any data that is stored will be anonymous and will only be used to determine ways to improve the app. You subtitles don't even reach our servers, and if you translate a sentence we do not save the sentence once we have performed the translation.
Your FaceTime calls are completely private. When Navi generates subtitles, this is done on the device of the person who is talking. The subtitles are then send over an encryption connection directly through Apple's servers.
Navi can not intercept these messages (and we also don't want to!).
If you enable the translation feature, your subtitles are send to the Google Translate servers for realtime translation. These messages are subject Google's terms of service which you can read here: https://developers.google.com/terms
Navi sends a +1 counter increment for some events in the app. No userID or any information is passed along with this.
